We have announced the appointment of Rakhi Williams and confirmed the start date for our new CFO, Andrew Beach. Both will be working closely with the Group’s new CEO, Mark Shashoua.
 
Rakhi Williams joins as Director of Strategy. Mr Shashoua commented. “Rakhi has extensive experience in strategic management consultancy having worked with companies such as LEK Consulting, Tesco and HIT Entertainment.  She has also worked at UBM as Strategy Director and after three years in the role, became COO of their technology division. Rakhi will be instrumental in helping shape the strategy of the group in the coming years”.
 
In addition to this appointment, the start date for our new Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Beach, has been confirmed as 17^th October. Andrew will also serve on our main Board of Directors.
