Today, we have announced the appointment of Andrew Beach as our Chief Financial Officer. Andrew will assume his role as CFO by 1^st January 2017 and will join our main Board of Directors. Des McEwan will continue as Interim Group Finance Director until this time and will work closely with Andrew as part of an orderly transition.

Andrew joins from Ebiquity plc, a marketing analytics specialist, where he is currently Chief Financial & Operating Officer. He joined Ebiquity in 2007 as Financial Controller moving to CFO in 2008. In this role, he oversaw the rapid expansion of the business which now spans 20 offices in 14 markets and employs 900 staff. Andrew has led and integrated over 15 acquisitions across new verticals and global geographies and restructured the global finance team. He also spent nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of the Entertainment and Media audit practice.
