Visitor Promotion Campaign: You can become an official sponsor
of MITT2002 by including your company logo and/or company name on the
Visitor Promotion materials (which include tickets, newsletters, banners,
and posters) used in the promotional campaign throughout Moscow & Russia.
The Russian Travel Awards: Launched in 1999, these awards present
the industry with the chance to vote for and reward organisations for
their excellent levels of service throughout the past year. The awards
will be presented during MITT2002.
Become a category sponsor of the 4th Russian Travel Awards and you will
have the ideal opportunity to recognise the particular achievements
of the industry sector most relevant to your activities. You will also
greatly increase your visibility at MITT and generally throughout Russia,
as the Awards will be heavily promoted through TTG Russia and the general
MITT promotional campaign
MITT 2002 Exhibitor Party: To be held at a top Moscow Venue on
the evening of 27th March 2002. Exclusively for officials, VIP visitors,
exhibitors and press. This evening represents a good opportunity for
corporate branding.
Registration Area: A purpose built module, which is staffed and
fully equipped by ITE and is an ideal location for corporate branding
and distribution of literature to all visitors registering at MITT2002.
Honoured Country: An exclusive promotional opportunity granted
to one country committed to developing or maintaining awareness in the
Russian & CIS region. This promotional package includes pre-show co-operative
advertising, promotional opportunities in official event materials and
on-site promotion of the chosen country throughout the event.
Information Desks: These are situated in each pavilion, and are
highly frequented by visitors and exhibitors. An ideal opportunity for
corporate branding.
Radio Advertising: Take advantage of MITT's official visitor
promotion campaign on radio. You can make your own slot about your company
following any MITT advertising slot.
Route Planner: With exhibition floorplan and list of exhibitors
this will be distributed from key locations around the exhibition complex
to trade and VIP visitors, to orient themselves at the show. Sponsors'
logos will appear on the front cover of the Route Planner and their
stand will be highlighted on the floorplan. Prime advertising space
is also available on the inside pages.
Carrier bags: Bags for MITT participants are filled with promotional
materials for the event (catalogue, event schedule, etc.). These bags
displaying the sponsors' logo on one side are used throughout the respective
year, and become a walking advertisement in the hands of the public.
Banners, Signs, Flags, Billboards and Posters: To raise your
company profile and visitor awareness at the show, ITE offers to locate
your flags, banners and billboards, signs, directional boards, posters
or advertising superstructures up over your stand or in other locations
available within the exhibition centre.
MITT2002 Website: Use the MITT2002 Web site to promote your company.

Merchandising: By sponsoring one of the merchandising products
at MITT through your corporate logo, you increase your visibility not
only within MITT but also around Moscow even after the event.
Badges: Sponsors' logos appear on the badges given to all exhibitors,
visitors, press and VIPs.
Video Screen Stand: Show your company's promotional video/advertisement
on the 16 screen stand in Pavilion 2 no less than 15 times a day.
