Computerised Visitor / Exhibitor Registration Area
Located at the main entrance to the show, the registration is designed and built in co-operation with the sponsoring company. The area is a purpose built module, which is staffed and fully equipped by ITE. It is an ideal location for corporate branding and distribution of literature.

VIP Lounge
An area of around 50-100m sq in a prime location, the club lounge acts as a relaxation area for trade and VIP visitors, exhibitors and the press. Built, staffed and equipped by ITE, options include a bar, private meeting room and video facility.

Opening Evening Gala Reception
A buffet style dinner / drinks evening exclusively for government officials, VIP visitors, exhibitors and press. The Gala Reception represents a excellent opportunity for corporate branding, welcome speeches and reception committee.

Exhibition Route Planner
15,000 full colour, high gloss, double sided exhibition map. Distributed from key locations around the exhibition complex to trade and VIP visitors, as well as to exhibitors in the welcome pack. There are full colour advertising positions and the sponsoring company can have their stand position highlighted by an arrow / or coloured on the floor plan.

Official Show Catalogue
A unique one-off publication that supports the exhibition. With a shelf life of over a year this is a reference source that is referred back to time and again. Distributed to trade professionals, VIP visitors, exhibitors and press, this offers an excellent opportunity to place a company logo in strategic places on the catalogue, such as the front cover, spine etc.., and thus be associated with a key industry event.

Banners, Signs, Directional Boards, Flags & Posters
Located at strategic points throughout the exhibition complex (both inside and outside the pavilions), these advertising vehicles can really increase a company's presence and visitor awareness at a show.

Merchandising
Sponsoring one of the many merchandising products including T-shirts, base-ball caps, key rings, note pads and corporate gifts etc.. a company can further promote their association with a leading industry event and enhance their corporate image by including their company logo or message along with the show logo on these products.

Official Show Shuttle Buses
A fleet of luxury coaches transporting exhibitors to and from the exhibition complex from the leading city centre hotels are available for full branding and offer a great mobile visual display to promote a company's corporate image.

Official Show Carrier Bag
This is a unique product that supports the exhibition, and is the most cost effective and visual way to promote a company's presence at a show, as well as generating corporate awareness after the exhibition through general usage in the public domain. 10,000 bags are produced and distributed to trade professionals VIP visitors, exhibitors and the press.

Show Literature
Every exhibition is supported with an extensive visitor and exhibitor promotion campaign including 50,000 complimentary visitor invitations, 5,000 VIP invitations, press releases and exhibitor packs. Branding these with a company logo will give extensive awareness to the leading industry professionals.
