We are delighted to welcome two new members to the ITE Travel team. Maria Badakh was appointed Sales and Event Director in May and Antanina Severdiajeva has joined the team whilst Natallia Zhuk is on maternity leave.
Antanina joined the travel team as an event coordinator in May. She likes to travel and has explored much of Europe. She is very much enjoying her role at ITE and looks forward to meeting you all at the travel shows.
Maria, the new Sales and Event Director says, “I am really pleased to be joining the travel team. I have worked at ITE for 8 years on other events and am now extremely happy to be working on the travel exhibitions. I enjoy traveling myself, have been to 34 countries so far and plan to explore Australia and New Zealand at the end of this year. In terms of business development, I am going to focus on new regions and exotic destinations, as there is a huge potential for long-haul holidays in the Russian and CIS market. I would also like to establish close relations with the international travel media and attract new media partners. As MITT is going to be in its 15th edition next year, we have already received interest from some NTO’s to sponsor our event. I will also be concentrating on the business programme alongside MITT, as the show attracts many seminars and presentations.
“Together with the rest of the team, I will be helping to promote ITE’s Travel Exhibitions at the World Travel Market in London and ITB in Berlin. We are looking to continually strengthen communication between our exhibitors and visitors so if you have any news about your business in the CIS, please get in touch.
“I am also helping to launch the ‘ITE Travel Club’ registration system. The aim of the system is to better identify the key professional visitors and journalists who visit MITT so that they can get exclusive access to the show on its first day.
I look forward to meeting you all soon”.
