SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AT AUTOSALON 2001.

In today's competitive market, branding is the most effective way of gaining greater exposure at an exhibition and highlighting the companies' products within the market place. Promotions at your stand during the exhibition will help to achieve short-term objectives, however, sponsorship will improve your long term plans by increasing awareness of your brand.

ITE Group plc and their partners, ASM Holding have devised such a package for clients of Autosalon 2001. Ranging from high profile sponsorship of Gala receptions and Press conferences, to logos on websites, advertising your products in the Official Catalogue, and street banners, YOU choose. Official Sponsor of Opening Evening Gala Reception.

A Gala Reception will take place on the evening of the Official Opening Day, with a buffet style dinner/drinks evening, exclusively for governmental officials, VIP visitors, exhibitors and press. The Gala Reception represents a fantastic opportunity for corporate branding and welcome speeches in a prestigious venue. Two Hostesses at the entrance will greet the guests and can be dressed in the sponsoring companies corporate uniform. The sponsor can then further enhance their image inside the venue with balloons and banners bearing the company logos. Further benefits include:

    Tickets printed prior to the event will carry the sponsors logos
    50 invitations provided for sponsor
    Logo on all visprom
    1 x full colour page of advertising in Official catalogue
VIP Club Lounge:

The Club Lounge is located in a prime area of the show and is specifically for the use of exhibitors and VIP guests. A constant supply of refreshments will be made available. Staff dressed in the sponsor's uniform will be on hand to serve the clients. The sponsor will be allowed to decorate the venue in equal proportion to the show name. The sponsor will also have the opportunity of entertaining the Ministerial delegation at a private reception in the lounge, which will be held after the Official Opening and tour of the halls. A meeting room within the club lounge will be reserved for the sponsor to hold their own meetings. Equipment supplied will include shelves with literature holders for sponsor's promotional material, and 1 x full colour page of advertising will be included.

Registration Area & Official Show Carrier Bags:

The 2 Registration areas are located at each of the entrances - The Main Entrance and the Riverside Entrance. These purpose built areas will be staffed and fully equipped by ITE and offer ideal opportunities for corporate branding and distribution of literature. This is an extremely 'high profile' area targeting every visitor to the exhibition. VIP guests and Trade visitors will receive a badge, a copy of the Route Planner and a carrier bag with the sponsor's logo. The sponsor will be able to dress the staff in corporate uniform.

Press Conference:

Held prior to the exhibition, the Press Conference will be attended by key Trade journal press and regular press. Invitations will be sent not only to domestic press personnel, but also to internationals. The sponsor's logo will appear on the invitation letter mailed in advance in addition to the Press badges. At the conference, the logo will appear as a backdrop or banner behind the speaker's podium. The sponsor will have the opportunity of holding a 5 minute presentation, as well as distributing promotional literature in the Press Packs.

Complimentary/VIP tickets:

More than 75,000 complimentary tickets and 7,500 VIP tickets will be distributed amongst clients and special guests. The existing trade databases will also be mailed tickets insuring the highest quality and quantity of the all-important trade visitor. This mailing is extensive, and covers not only Moscow, but also regions throughout Russia and the CIS. (Statistics from Autosalon '99 indicated visitors arriving at the show from more than 423 regional cities.) Internal research has shown that more than 70% of all trade visitors to ITE shows, visit the show as a result of having been mailed tickets. The sponsor will have the opportunity of branding the tickets with company logo, stand number and website address.

Exhibition Route Planner:

This year's Route Planner will be the highest quality yet, being produced in collaboration with one of Moscow's leading Automotive Trade journals. It will contain the entire list of exhibitors, as well as stand numbers and will be distributed from key locations around the show. This is a fantastic opportunity which constantly reminds buyers and visitors about your products. The package includes 1 x full colour page advert, in addition to a logo on the floorplan page indicating the location of the sponsor. This is not an exclusive package and is therefore available to all exhibitors.

Banners and balloons:

Increase your exposure during the show by hanging banners and/or balloons in strategic places around the exhibition. Examples:

Website:

The ITE Motor Division Website has been developed at great cost to further promote the show and its clients. Hyperlinks already exist with the major clients, in addition to which, the site is linked to a number of Russian/CIS and International Automotive websites. The potential traffic generated by these links is impossible to calculate, but it is fair to assume that it will generate massive exposure to clients with logo links and banners on the site. All Motor Division promotional material carries the logo and website address, and it therefore appears in every Russian and International media agreement. This is continually being added to and developed to ensure that you, the client, gets maximum value and coverage.

Official Buyers Guide:

A unique one-off publication with a shelf life of over a year, the Buyers Guide acts as a constant reference source especially to the trade visitors. In addition to distribution at the show, the Buyers Guide is mailed to VIPs, embassies, export councils, Chambers of Commerce, International and local trade associations and trade press. Your company will have the opportunity to place a full colour company advert in the guide, or alternatively a logo next to your entry. Examples below:

Distribution of promotional literature around the Exhibition.

ITE will provide two Hostesses dressed in sponsor's uniform who will hand out promotional literature and products inside and outside the Pavilions throughout the duration of the show. Example:
$950.00 if Sponsor provides Hostesses
$1900.00 if ITE provides Hostesses.
