Important Visa information!
ITE Group Plc is not responsible for Visa requirements. Visa requirements for entry into Russia vary from country to country. You can obtain your visa through Alpha Omega Travel - see note below. Please note that there is a charge for obtaining visas into Russia.
Business Visas are obtained in 2 stages - Allow up to 21 working days.
- Fill in and return the Russian Visa Support Form V1 as supplied by Alpha Omega Travel. This will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow for registration.
- Once Alpha Omega Travel have received
confirmation of your visa support registration form from the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, they will inform you of how to proceed with obtaining
your visa from your local Russian Consulate in London. This service is
also available to exhibitors from outside the UK if required.
ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE RETURNED 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START
OF THE EXHIBITION, OTHERWISE SURCHARGES MAY BE LEVIED.
N.B There is a very high demand for hotel rooms in Moscow during the exhibition. In order to help exhibitors participating at Autosalon 2001, ITE has negotiated special rates. Exclusive exhibition rates can only be obtained by booking on the enclosed form and sending it to Alpha Omega who offer discounts on normal tariffs. You are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. All rates include breakfast and tax.
