ITE Group plc, the international exhibitions specialist, announces that Mr Lawrie Lewis, non-executive Chairman, has today stepped down from the Board of the Company. ITE thanks Mr Lewis for his long and valuable contribution to the Company.
Lawrie Lewis said: "Given my primary residence in Monaco, it was becoming more and more difficult for me to discharge my role as Chairman of the Company.
