Formed in 1994 with the launch of the Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition (MITT), ITE Travel Exhibitions now organise three international events in Russia, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic.

MITT, the flagship event of ITE Travel Exhibitions, has grown in nine years to become one of the largest travel & tourism exhibition world-wide and the premier event for the CIS. With over 2,000 exhibitors and trade visitor numbers reaching over 65,000, MITT benefits from the support of global tourism organisations such as the WTO (World Tourism Organisation) and the European Tourism Trade Fairs Association (ETTFA) and has been accredited by UFI (Union des Foires Internationales).

Based on the success of MITT, ITE Travel Exhibitions has expanded into other markets, within the former Soviet Union and also into Central Europe. This expansion programme has been done through a combination of new show launches and partnerships with existing organisers of local shows.

ITE Travel Exhibitions has contributed greatly to the opening up of many new travel markets. With a host of new ventures planned for 2002 and beyond and an international client base covering all sectors of the industry in over 100 countries and regions, ITE Travel Exhibitions is dedicated to exploring the huge potential of new travel markets and providing clients with quality service.
