Training and Development

The culture for learning and development in ITE is very much 'on the job'. People within teams work very closely together and are encouraged to share expertise and knowledge. Managers are closely involved in the development of their staff.

ITE recognises the importance of training from the outset and all new employees attend an induction programme to introduce them to ITE's culture.
