IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION

Visa requirements for entry into Russia vary from country to country. You can obtain your visa through Alpha-Omega (Travel) Ltd - see note below. Non UK residents should apply for visa locally. Please note that there is a charge for obtaining visas into Russia. Remember to give yourself enough time to plan your visa and travel arrangements. N.B. ITE Exhibitions is not responsible for your Visa requirements

Business visas are obtained in 2 stages - Please allow up to 21 working days in total
1. Fill in and return the Russian Visa Support Form V1 as supplied by Alpha-Omega (not ITE Exhibitions). This will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for registration.
2. Once Alpha-Omega have received confirmation of your visa support registration from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they will inform you of how to proceed with obtaining your visa from your local Russian Consulate. For UK customers, Alpha-Omega obtains the full visa for you from the Russian Consulate in London. This service is also available to exhibitors from outside UK if required.

ALL BOOKINGS NEED TO BE RETURNED 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EXHIBITION - OTHERWISE SURCHARGES MAY BE LEVIED.
