Visa requirements for entry into Russia vary from country to country. You can obtain your visa through Intourist - see note below. Non UK residents should apply for visa locally. Please note that there is a charge for obtaining visas into Russia. Remember to give yourself enough time to plan your visa and travel arrangements.

Business visas are obtained in 2 stages - Please allow up to 21 working days in total.
Fill in and return the Russian Visa Support Form V1 as supplied by Intourist (not ITE Exhibitions). This will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Moscow for registration.
Once Intourist have received confirmation of your visa support registration from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they will inform you of how to proceed with obtaining your visa from your local Russian Consulate. For UK customers, Intourist obtains the full visa for you from the Russian Consulate in London. This service is also available to exhibitors from outside UK if required.
ALL BOOKINGS NEED TO BE RETURNED 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE EXHIBITION - OTHERWISE SURCHARGES MAY BE LEVIED.
Insurance :
Travel insurance is now mandatory when applying for a Russian visa. If anyone does not have his/her own policy, Intourist can provide cover with Home and Overseas Insurance.
