This is the only exhibition in Russia and the CIS exclusively dedicated to pharmaceutical and medical production: substances, raw materials, production machinery, packaging, turn-key projects, clinical research, laboratory equipment�.
The commitments and willingness of the Russian Government to develop local pharmaceutical production at international standards and the needs of the local companies (technology, substances, machinery�) made PharmTech'99 a real and unique business forum for this area.

In 2000, Rosmedprom will be holding their annual congress alongside PharmTech. Top managers from leading pharmaceutical production plants from all over Russia will participate, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation.
The specialised seminar, "PHARMTECHPROM", will provide exhibitors and representatives of the Russian pharmaceutical industry with an excellent opportunity for the exchange of ideas with a view to re-equip enterprises in accordance with international standards.
PharmTech'99
The first PharmTech'99 took place in November, 30 December, 4 1999 and was immediately a great success. Over 50 companies from 15 countries participated in this business forum. Exhibitors noted the high level of organisation, as well as the quality and quantity of visitors. "Rosmedprom" (the association which unites the leading Russian producers manufacturing over 90% of all pharmaceuticals in Russia) held their annual congress alongside the exhibition. Additionally, a specialised seminar, "PHARMTECHPROM", devoted to the issue of running pharmaceutical plants to GMP standards, was held at PharmTech'99.
