ITE Group plc (“ITE”), the international exhibitions group specialising in emerging and developing markets, announced today that Marco Sodi, a non-executive Director of ITE and a representative of Veronis Suhler Stevenson on the ITE Board has tendered his resignation as a director of ITE with immediate effect. Mr Sodi’s resignation follows the sale of Veronis Suhler Stevenson’s remaining shareholding in ITE.

Iain Paterson, ITE’s Chairman, said: “On behalf of ITE, I would like to thank Marco for his valuable contribution since he joined the Board in July 2003 and wish him well for the future.”
