ITE has acquired 100% of BTO Beurs- en Tentoonstellings-Organisatie BV (‘BTO’), which owns and organises the 10,000m² annual exhibition, Kiev AgriHort in Ukraine. The key management of BTO will continue working with ITE in growing and conducting the show over the forthcoming events.

“ITE has historically worked very closely with BTO on this event selling from our subsidiary company PremierExpo in Kiev and assisting with marketing, promotions and logistics on the AgriHort Show. The Agricultural sector in the Ukraine is strong and this acquisition further strengthens ITE’s position in the Kiev exhibition market”.
