BRANDING & SPONSORSHIP
The organisers of WORLD FOOD TECH MOSCOW 2002 provide a wide range of advertising, branding and sponsorship opportunities to enhance the exhibitor's brands and company profile at this event.
Companies wanting to increase their profile at the event can choose from an exciting range of sponsorship possibilities including:
- Official sponsor of Opening Evening Gala Reception
Package includes hostesses dressed in sponsor's uniform, balloons, banners
and sponsors branding around the venue, sponsors logo in invitation
tickets.
- VIP Club Lounge sponsorship
Includes hostesses dressed in sponsor's uniform, branding of the area
by the sponsors (in equal proportion to the organiser). Private reception
for the sponsor to entertain VIP guests and the ministerial delegation
after the opening ceremony. Sponsors promotional literature to be placed
on shelves. Full page colour advert in the official show catalogue.
- Registration Area and Official show carrier bag
Branding of the registration area and Sponsors pack to be given to every
visitor that registers contained in an official show carrier bag baring
the sponsors and the show name branding
- Press conference sponsorship
Sponsors logo to appear on the backdrop banner behind the speakers podium.
The sponsor will be able to make a presentation to the press and distribute
promotional literature in the press packs which will carry the sponsors
branding.
- Official update / Visitor Promotion Campaign
The sponsor will be able to place a colour advert on the back page of
the up-date which will be inserted in key press.
- Visitor Ticket sponsorship
Sponsors branding to appear on the visitor ticket which will be mailed
to targeted database and inserted in key trade journals, as well as
being sent to invited companies by exhibitors.
- Exhibition Route Planner
The back page of the route planner will carry the sponsors advert, and
the sponsors stand will be cleared marked by their highlighted logo
on the floor plan that the route planner contains.
- Banners, Floor ads & Balloons
Strategic placement of the sponsors banner, floor advert or branded
balloons to promote the sponsors presence at the exhibition.
- Official Buyers Guide
The sponsor will be able to place an advert or company logo in the catalogue.
Between 5,000 to 15,000 copies will be distributed at the exhibition.
- Distribution of Promotional Literature around the
Exhibition.
Two hostesses dressed in the sponsor's uniform will distribute promotional
literature and products in and around the exhibition halls throughout
the duration of the show.
