NEW FROM THE EXHIBITION

WHY EXHIBIT AT WORLD SWEETS MOSCOW 2002?

World Sweets Moscow, previously known as SweetsExpo Moscow, is now in it's 10th edition and has firmly established itself as Russia's premier exhibition for sweets, confectionery, biscuits and pastries. The exhibition took place alongside World Food Moscow in 2001 and this year ITE is pleased to incorporate the show into the World Food series of events. The benefits of being part of the World Food event are that World Sweets will increase in size due to the notoriety of the World Food brand name and with its growth will attract a high number of quality visitors specifically from the sweets industry. The show will also receive a cross-over of visitors and buyers attracted by World Food Moscow and World Drinks Russia.

World Sweets Moscow will enable exhibitors to enter into the Russian Sweets market and establish themselves in this key emerging market. Opportunities exist to meet new buyers, build on existing relationships, monitor competitors and increase sales enabling you to stay one step ahead of the competition.

Past Success
Since ITE Group acquired Sweets Expo Moscow (now World Sweets Moscow) in 2000, the exhibition has increased in size and now attracts a large number of visitors. Prior to 2000 the event was held in the World Trade Centre as a specialist show mainly for local companies to exhibit, ITE has successfully transformed the show into Russia's premier international sweets and confectionery exhibition which now has a key international element.

In 2001 the space occupied by the Sweets Expo Moscow (now World Sweets Moscow) and World Food Moscow 2001 combined was 10,000 sqm. World Sweets 2002 alone will occupy 2400 sqm (gross) of space, a massive increase on 1999 when the show was only 1000 sqm (gross).
