INDIAN - Hong Kong Island

Good Indian food. Serves excellent Thals at lunchtimes; a platter with a selection of small dishes. There is one selection for vegetarians and one for carnivores. Attentive service. Worth a try. The lunch time buffet is also recommended.

There are several good restaurants situated in the Indian quarter of Central. Gungha Dins is consistently good. The samosas and pakoras as starters are particularly recommended.

INDIAN - KOWLOON

From Nathan Road walk down Mody Road and the Surya is on the right just before your reach the crossroads with Chatham Road. Walk through a short arcade to get to the restaurant. Excellent Indian food, served by very friendly staff. On busy nights, be prepared to find your table very close to the next one.
