Ingredients Russia - A history of Success
Established in 1998 Ingredients Russia has been a running success for exhibitors
and visitors alike. It has grown in size by over 300% since its inception, attracting
the best in the industry who have presented their products to the thousands
of trade professional visitors who attend every year.
1998 - Ingredients Russia is launched and attracts 130 exhibitors from
27 countries to this first edition of the only specialised ingredients
exhibition in the C.I.S.
1999 - Ingredients Russia moves location to the Olympisky stadium
to cater for the expansion of the exhibition following its first year
success. Industry leader Roche Vitamins sponsors Ingredients Russia.
2000 - Ingredients Russia hosts the 'Juice World' Conference presented
by Hoffman La Roche and sponsored by Wimm-Bill-Dann.
2001 - Ingredients Russia joins forces with Food Ingredients Central
& Eastern Europe to become the blockbuster ingredients event in Europe
& the C.I.S. 'Ingredients in Food Products of XXI Century' conference
takes place, supported by the Union of Food Ingredients Producers and
sponsored by Milorada and Protein product.
2002 - Ingredients Russia has high expectations for its 5th edition,
a high level international conference and individual company seminars
are planned.

Last years edition of the show saw ITE join forces with Miller Freeman, organisers
of Food Ingredients Central and Eastern Europe (FICEE). The partnership brought
together the two specialist ingredients events to form FICEE incorporating Ingredients
Russia, which attracted over 250 exhibitors and was 7000 sqm in size. The exhibition
included national pavilions, a unique awards programme and high level international
conference.
