Equip'Hotel Moscow, the most comprehensive industry platform in 1999
Following this year's successful show, Equip'Hotel Moscow has again reinforced itself as Russia's
premier industry fair for the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. More than 70 exhibitors from 12
countries, presenting a comprehensive range of new product and services, filling the hall for four days,
Equip'Hotel Moscow generated interest from the entire CIS foodservice industry. More than 4,500 qualified
trade visitors attended Equip'Hotel Moscow - now seen in Russia as the premier trade forum. With 2,000
sqm of stands dealing with the catering, hotel and restaurant industry business and nothing else, Equip'
Hotel Moscow is the key to success.
4th Moscow International Salon Culinare
Now recognised as the leading event in Russia for the culinary industry in Russia, the 1998 Salon saw 70 of the
top chefs from Moscow to Riga participating. This four day event produced strong competition for all the
participants, with the Best Overall Establishment Award won by the Moscow Marriott Hotel. Sponsored by
the Norwegian Seafood Council, the competition presents an enormous tailored sponsorship opportunity for
meeting any companies' marketing requirements.
