Equip'Hotel Moscow'98 was attended by 4,500 trade visitors during the four days. All of
their details were catalogued on our advanced computer registration system, which allows us to gather detailed
information about each exhibitor. Access to this information allows Equip'Hotel Moscow to continually
keep in contact with the top industry leaders and inform them of the latest trends and developments, in
addition to looking to them for areas that they want to see at the show in the future, and products that need
to be highlighted.

As organisers of International Trade fairs, ITE see visitor promotion as one of the most important aspects of
event management. Visitor promotion used for the show in 1998 included:

60,000 tickets distributed through trade publications and mailings.
