A visa is required for travel to the Ukraine. Current regulations stipulate that Exhibitors should have a business visa, whereas for visitors, a tourist visa is appropriate.

An official visa authorisation (invitation) must be received from the Ukraine. The Exhibitions centre can issue these to all Exhibitors, but each Exhibitor should apply individually. IntoRussia can handle these applications on the delegates behalf. It can take up to 2 weeks to process these requests and an administration fee will apply. |
2. | Only on receipt of the invitation letter may visa application be submitted. Each applicant should complete and sign a visa application form and forward along with the current passport, one passport photograph, the invitation letter from the employer confirming that the applicant is an employee of the company and travelling as their representative. The standard processing time is 7 working days and an application fee applies. Express visas can also be arranged at a higher fees |
Tourist visas :
Authorisation from the Ukraine is not required for a tourist visa, however proof of travel in and out of Kiev along with hotel accommodation for the duration of the stay is required. Application procedures are otherwise the same. The standard processing time is again 7 working days. The standard processing time is again 7 working days and an application fee applies. IntoRussia have a dedicated visa department and can assist in all matters of visa procurement. We cannot guarantee the issuing of the relevant Ukrainian authorities. Application fees are non-refundable. |
