Visa requirements for entry into Russia vary from country to country. You can obtain your visa through Intourist Travel Limited - see note below. Non UK residents should apply for visas locally. Please note that there is a charge for obtaining visas into Russia. Remember to give yourself enough time to plan your visa and travel arrangements. N.B. Visa applications become progressively more expensive nearer to the travel date.

Business visas are obtained in 2 stages - Please allow a minimum of 21 working days.

  • Fill in and return the Russian Visa Support Form as supplied by Intourist (not ITE Exhibitions). This will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia for an authorisation telex. N.B. The Ministry will accept your application at any time, but the authorisation telex will not be issued until 14 days or less prior to travel.
  • Once Intourist have received confirmation of your authorisation telex from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they will inform you of how to proceed with obtaining your visa from your local Russian Consulate. For UK customers, Intourist obtains the full visa for you from the Russian Consulate in London. This service is also available for exhibitors outside the UK if required.

Russian visa registration - IMPORTANT
Please note that if you are in Russia for more than 3 days you must register (within the first 48 hours) your presence in the country with the local OVIR office. Please contact our office for further information. If you do not register you will be fined on departing from the country.
