WorldBuild365 is an online and mobile product directory and industry platform that utilises ITE’s knowledge of the industry in general, its producers, their products and the professionals who specify and procure them. The website and mobile applications have been in development for over a year and have focused on usability so that visitors can navigate and suppliers can add and update information with considerable ease. It also has social capabilities for the global building and interiors community to communicate with each other. There is a section for market and product news to keep people in touch with important information and contributions from some of the more insightful and challenging industry players and observers.
ITE’s Head of Group Data, Agop Niksarlioglu, is leading the development of WorldBuild365. He said, “We’ve been looking for ways to keep our customers in touch beyond the duration of a trade event. The importance of face-to-face business remains highly influential for sourcing products and connecting with buyers but we wanted to find a way for people to maintain commercial relationships and develop new ones between events. We’re adding value for our customers, as well as opening the doors to new markets for companies who as yet, haven’t tapped into the power of exhibitions”.
Head of WorldBuild365, Valentyna Podgorodetska said. “We’ve applied the same principles that make our events so effective. Ultimately, we’re connecting businesses, but through the WorldBuild365 platform, we can do that all day, every day.
“The site and applications are available to everyone, but with additional benefits for the people who attend our events. We’ve also produced a range of listing, advertising and sponsorship packages for companies who are looking for measurable promotion opportunities and we’ll be analysing user behaviour to constantly improve the site. It’s a great product that will get even better over time.”
