Increase exposure to your destination at MITT 2009 by taking part in our MITT 2009 VIDEO FESTIVAL.

A network of 40 centrally-controlled plasma display panels (42”-50”) will be in operation at Expocentr during MITT and participating videos will be displayed at various locations throughout the exhibition.

The locations of the plasma display panels can be viewed here (click on the image of the pavilion).

A panel of judges will evaluate the participating videos before the exhibition.  The winning video will be announced at MITT2009 and will appear twice as often as the other videos.

The participation fee is just EUR 500.00 (the standard market value of this high-impact visual advertising package is EUR 2000.00).

IMPORTANT:  PLEASE ENSURE YOUR VIDEO MEETS OUR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Duration: up to 1min
• Acceptable data carriers: Video files on CDs or DVDs
• Acceptable video file formats: MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, Microsoft AVI (uncompressed), Quick Time

Notes:

• Video materials that do not meet the above-mentioned requirements, inc. those submitted on Video DVD, are subject to additional formatting, which may result in reduced quality
• Where the submitted video material has an aspect ratio of 4:3, it will be preserved and black bars will be added at the sides
