Senior Leadership Changes at ITE

The change sees Ben Williamson take on the new role of Regional Finance Director working with the Group’s commercial directors in Ukraine, Turkey, Kazakhstan, India and Southeast Asia. Ben will help to drive the strategy of delivering top line growth, protecting and growing margins and unlocking further value from ITE’s existing business. He will also assist with identifying new opportunities for growth. Ben joined ITE in 1998 and his most recent roles have included Finance Director for ITE’s Russian business and Commercial Director in Turkey and Ukraine.

In addition, Anatoly Sushon has expanded his role to become Regional Director with responsibility for ITE’s business in Ukraine and Turkey. Anatoly has been working in the exhibition industry from 1994 when he joined ITE in the UK and has most recently been successfully running ITE’s Ukrainian business, delivering excellent growth.

Both will report into Nik Rudge, who said. “I have been working closely with Anatoly and Ben in my first few weeks at ITE and it is clear that their individual strengths and combined senior leadership team contribution, will help speed the delivery of our ambitious plans. Both have immense knowledge and expertise and they will play key roles in the growth of the Group.”
