Ingredients Russia is an international exhibition for food ingredients, additives and flavourings. It is an event for suppliers and consumers of raw materials and ingredients for the food industry around the world.

The exhibition holds a central place in the calendar of professional events within the food industry. At the Ingredients Russia are presented displays for food additives; ingredients for confections, meat products, oil-and-fat products, dairy products, and brewed products etc. For years, the exhibition has been laying down strategic reference points for the development of the industry. It has advanced high-tech products and the latest technology in the domestic and foreign markets. It has promoted the development of international cooperation in the food industry.

The exhibition was launched in 1997 and since 2011 has been held jointly with the Dairy and Meat Industry exhibition.

Under the «Ingredients» umbrella brand the ITE Group also organises the Ingredients Turkey exhibition in Istanbul, Turkey.
