Application Process
If you’re interested in applying to become one of ITE’s first graduate trainees, please download the
application form, ensuring that you answer all of the questions and send it with your CV to our recruitment partners at:
[email protected].
Applications must be received by 13th March, if you are successful you will not hear from us before this date. Unfortunately due to the anticipated volume of applications we will not be able to give individual feedback on unsuccessful applications.
If your application passes our initial screening process, you will be invited to take part in a competency-based telephone interview.
If you are shortlisted for progress following the telephone interview, you will be required to complete some online psycometric evaluations.
The final selection stage is at an assessment centre for a day of exercises and interviews. It will be intensive and not without pressure but we’ll make sure that it’s not too harrowing. We need to find if you're suited to the programme – not send you running for the hills.
The dates for the assessment centres are:
Commercial & Event Management XXX
Data Analyst - Marketing XXXX
If we think you’ll be ideally suited to working with ITE, we’ll offer you a place on our programme and hopefully you’ll be in a position to accept.
We’ll exchange the necessary paperwork – and begin the on-boarding process prior to your start.
Our on-boarding process will begin long before you start the programme. We want you to feel comfortable and confident on your first day. We will have a team of people who are ready to respond to your questions. We'll introduce you to your buddy. We'll invite you to a day of familiarisation and orientation in the office – and we'll stay in touch regularly via email.
We’re looking forward to the start of the programme – and if you're successful, we expect that you'll be looking forward to it too. Your induction week will be busy, but you'll have plenty of information in advance about what to expect in your first days.
Bill Yates: Graduated 2011
"I joined ITE three years ago, originally as a translator. I’ve worked in three varied and interesting roles, each one advancing my career. I’m lucky enough to work with people from all over the world and the mix of languages, cultures and experiences makes for a great working environment. We also work in – and get to travel to – some really interesting parts of the world. I’ve had a fantastic time working at ITE, and I’d recommend the company to anyone."
