Working for ITE

We asked our colleagues for up to 50 words to express their thoughts about working for ITE. Here’s what they said...

Employee Development

At ITE, we are keen to continue developing our staff, even those with the highest levels of professional expertise and many years experience working in the trade event sector.

We have a policy of encouraging employees, especially those from the locations in emerging markets, to move around the offices of the Group, thus providing development opportunities for all staff.

Employees are assisted in their career development through an annual appraisal scheme and structured professional training is provided where appropriate. Where there is a benefit to both the individual and the company, we also sponsor and support employees who wish to gain professional qualifications.

“I like the cohesion of the team in our office; I have the confidence and freedom to perform, knowing that I have support from my managers and colleagues. It’s also great meeting people from other offices. I love coming to work in the morning and always leave happy.”
