JOB PURPOSE
 
Supporting the Sales Performance Function, providing administrative assistance to the business in addition to working as part of the wider Sales team.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
General Administration
 
  • Diary management including the scheduling, organising and arranging of meetings and other business commitments. 
  • Develop and maintain an effective and efficient office management system
  • Pull together presentations/Weekly Decks when required
  • Yammer Tracker to update daily/weekly (Internal communications Platform)
  • Sales board updates
  • Sales tracker updates
  • Buying and organising incentives for the sales team
  • Informing cheerleaders within the business when they will be leading the sales for the week
  • Updating daily sales screens
  • General Sales Performance Team admin
  • Helping social committee to organise stretch monthly/ quarterly gatherings   
  • Compiling and circulating actions from meetings
  • Compiling meeting agendas
  • Generating CRM/ data reports
  • Sort, screen and prioritise incoming mail (by post, email and fax) and calls and ensure it is dealt with promptly and effectively.
  • Flag key actions.
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings
  • Coordinate and organise business trips
  • Manage an effective archive/filling system.
  • Ensure that recruitment forms are completed once budget has been agreed
 
Other responsibilities
To act as a key part of the wider sales team and to assist with workload as and when necessary.
  • To carry out various ad hoc duties as necessary.
